  Michelle and her staff are so professional! They have staff who speak both English, Spanish and Polish which is so helpful. I have referred many people to her office and they are very happy with her and her staff. They really go the extra mile for their customers. I love how well State Farm covers you and how knowledgeable this office is.

  I have been been with Michelle Twitchell and State Farm since I got my first car. I have been lucky and not needed to make too many claims in my time, but whenever I have, it was all so wonderfully smooth and easy. Everyone at State Farm I have ever had to deal with is understanding and helpful. Recently, my car died and I had to get a tow. I have roadside assistance on my policy and so brought in a tow receipt to begin the process. I was towed on Wednesday night. I brought the receipt in on Thursday afternoon. The reimbursement check arrived in Saturdays mail. You cannot ask for faster service. I will never go anywhere but State Farm for insurance and will stay with Michelle Twitchell unless I change states.
