  This office was recommended by a relative who has been going there for several years since we have just recently moved to Bartlett. Although we never did end up seeing the doctor who we intended to and who was so highly recommended, the doctor we did see did a nice job overall when I brought my son in because he was sick.
  
  The problem I had is the customer service at that office, in particular an office manager I dealt with, was VERY poor from a customer service perspective. After multiple conversations with this person regarding a billing situation that came up, I have ZERO confidence in this location at all. Simply put, the impression that I came away with was that they were greedy, which is unfortunate because I had heard relatively good things about this location. I simply will never be able to trust our family's healthcare to this location following this experience, so we are switching to a new doctor. Once again, I think this is very unfortunate because the bulk of the people who I have dealt with at the location have been pretty good, but to me trust is a big thing and I was left with absolutely no trust due to my recent experience.
  
  By the way, this was by second worst customer service experience ever, I rarely complain about anything. My cable provider was the other, although I am still stuck with that provider!

  Im gonna start with saying I'm not the kind of person to bash a business just because I had a bad experience or didnt like someone. My fiance and her family have been going here since they were little and never had a problem. HOWEVER I didnt get so lucky with the 2 appointments I had. I woke up feeling very ill, I knew I had a high fever and could barely get out of bed. Though I was NOT sneezing or coughing. I decided after a few days of this it was time to get past my grudge of doctors and seek help because i was only getting worse. At the scheduled appointment I was taken in promptly and the ladies at the front desk were polite. When the doctor came in, he asked me a couple questions, did a swab of my nose, listened to my heart. Came back 3 minutes later and said Im not sure what it is, but its probably some kind of flu or virus, in which case theres nothing I can do for you, if your symptoms change or get worse call me. I was slightly put off with what little diagnosis he did to determine a problem, and the fact that my appointment lasted 11 minutes. The VERY NEXT DAY my symptoms got worse, my fever REMAINED OVER 103* and i had pure blood coming from my rectum with severe pain in my lower abdomen. I called the doctors office and explained my situation. I was told the doctor goes on lunch in 10 minutes im going to have to wait until he comes back. i repeated im in A LOT of pain and im bleeding I can be there in 5 minutes, please. At this point between him blowing me off like I was a 13 year old trying to get out of school, and deciding him eating lunch ranked higher than seeing a patient in severe pain and bleeding, I blew off my appointment and went straight to the ER. To make it worse THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED, or why i never showed up!! The ER was absolutely appauled at the fact that he sent me home with no further testing, knowing I had a 103 fever and no other flu like symptoms. In the end I spent a good deal of time in the hospital being treated for salmonella. i was severely dehydrated, my white blood count was high, my blood level was low and I was running a high fever still. Again Im not one to complain, I write a LOT of good reviews but this was a very dissapointing, painful experience that was taken to higher levels than needed due to pure greed. I will NEVER return to this practice, and the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the front desk ladies actually acted like they cared.
