  I travel all over the country weekly for the past eight years any UPS store I stop and use I give them a phone number I know exactly who I am and where I'm shipping. I moved to Bartlett two years ago not only does it take three times longer to ship from here than anywhere else they never know who I am from my phone number I have to give them my information to and from every time. I will never be back go to Carol Stream it's 10 minutes away but it'll save you 30 this place is a joke.
